Why Prague

Prague has no shortage of great food, but a credible British chippy is still hard to find. FISH&H exists for homesick expats, curious locals and anyone who believes crunch should be taken seriously.

Product Before Hype

The opening journey, batter trials and tastings will be shared honestly. A busy launch is exciting, but repeat customers are the real measure. That means a tight menu, consistent cooking and no shortcuts hiding behind content.
